At IQONIQ Custom, each garment is made to order based on your selected fabrics, measurements, and design preferences. Because of the
custom nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made garments
once an order has been placed and confirmed.

2. Alterations & Fit Adjustments

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If minor fit adjustments are required,
we may offer alterations at our discretion to ensure proper fit.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for confirming all order details, including
measurements, fabrics, and design selections, before final approval.
IQONIQ Custom is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Any deposits or payments
made prior to production are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within
7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate
resolution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

6. Policy Updates

IQONIQ Custom reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any
time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
